1. No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on promotional products
2. Read care label inside the garment.
3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
4. Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
5. Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
6. Specifically for online purchases:

a. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 10 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 10 days of purchase.
b. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase. Simply email us at support@javandionline.pk or call us at (the same number as whatsapp chat) to request this. Do mention your order ID.
c. Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
d. Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:

-> The item was damaged when received by the customer
-> The wrong item was delivered
-> Promotional free shipping is being offered
-> In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

e. An alternative is to exchange the product at Javandi store.
f. Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at support@javandionline.pk or call us at +(92)300 848 04 12 to request this. Do mention your order ID.
g. Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

No information will be revealed to any third-party entities for any purposes and your information will solely be used by Javandi.
